She is survived by: her father Paul Buren (Brenda Buren) of Whitehorse Yukon; her husband Jimmy “Hammer” Melvin; her children, Barbra Haire (Lynne) of Lubbock, Chester Melvin (Morgan) of Cibolo and Michael Melvin of Marfa; her grandchildren, Tyler Melvin, Kristofer Haire, Mathew Melvin, Alexa Haire, Abby Melvin, Rayne Melvin and Paisley Melvin; and her sisters, Katie Sanchez (Fred Shanchez) of San Angelo and Susan Counts (Larry) of San Angelo.
