She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Pelfrey and Betty Pelfrey (Summrall); her husband Jay Lowry of Alpine; her children, Kyle Laing (Megan) of Alpine, Lee Lowry (Laura) of Indianapolis and Kasie Dobson of Odessa; and her siblings, Deann Hawk of Houston and Gary Pelfrey of Altus. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren many nieces and nephews, as well as many beloved and close friends.
The family asks that any donations be made in the Memory of Carla Lowry to Grand Companions of Fort Davis.
