He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arnold Carter and Marie Carberry; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Forsyth Carter; his sister Mary Ann Wells; and his grandchildren, Madison DeLong, Alexander (Corral) and Abigail (Corral).
