He is survived by: his sister Vietnam; his parents, Sang Thai and Sang Lieu; his siblings, Thao (Thai-Vi) and Trong (Phuong); his nieces and nephews, Elijah, Tyler, Liam, Phương-Nhã and Ái-Nhã; and his sisters, Mai-Trinh and Ally (William).
