She was predeceased by: her parents, Enos Hutson and Opal Hutson (Cagle); and her sister Linda Jean Meredith. She is survived by: her husband John Allen Bell; her children, Timothy William, Nathan Allen (Philip Snelson) and Rachel Elizabeth (Steven Andersen); her granddaughter Isabelle Charm; her brothers, David Hutson (Virginia) and Earle Hutson (Amy); and her brother-in-law Dale Meredith.
