She was predeceased by: her parent Evelynn O'Neill; her husband Ronald W. Baxley; her father William E. O'Neill; her siblings, Joyce Decker and Billy O'Neill; and her son Allan Baxley.
She is survived by: her sisters, Alice Winters and Barbara Michaels; her children, Carl Baxley and Rhonda Hamlett; and her grandchildren, David, Daniel, Chase, Amanda, Alan, Tina, Amber, Chayne, Lauren, Justin, Alex, Arika, Yvonne, Chad and John. She is also survived by her 20 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
