She is survived by: her close friend Billie Caldwell; her child Sammie; her sister Pat Treatch (Jim); her nieces and nephews, Charlene Colson (Troy), Clint Forman (Ronda), Dr. Steven Strength (Lori) and Terry Smith; her cousins, Phyliss Brown and Marcus Willims; her great-niece Kimberly Powell Stokes; her great-nephew Rex Forman (Haydee); her pet Mollie; and also, Jaden and Riley. She is also survived by her family and friends.
