Richard Lee King Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2019, at the age of 92, Richard Lee King (Allen, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Leslie King and Cora Ella Reed King; his grandparents, William A and Ida Reed; his wife Sarah Pauline King; his children, Janet Moody (Wayne), Susan Locklear, Jerry King (Amy) and Boyd King (Marilu); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Moody, Elizabeth Moody (Scott), Jake Locklear (Missy), Tim Locklear (Lynnsey), Monica Swartzmiller (Neal), Matthew King (Tia), Melissa Roskos (Alan), Ryan King (Alyssa), Blake King and Megan King. He was also cherished by twelve great-grandchildren, three sisters, and five brothers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Selections (sacredselections.org) and Anchor of Hope in Plano, Texas.
