He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Nickolie Rud and Josie Amanda Rud (Ness); and his siblings, Ellsworth Rud, Aden Rud, Joel Rud, Herb Rud and Florence Huggins.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Rud of Allen, Texas; his children, Eric Rud (Jenell) of Allen, Bart Rud (Jennifer) of San Antonio, Texas and Kristen Mills (Scott) of Murphy, Texas; his grandchildren, Dustin Rud (Jennifer) of Allen, Nick Rud (Kelli) of Allen, Thomas Rud (Kara) of Princeton, Erica Seward of San Antonio, Emma Rud of Allen, Emily Rud of San Antonio, Erica Rud of San Antonio, Matthew Mills of Nevada, Lexi Clark (Matt) of Fate and Andrew Mills of Murphy, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Reese, Jarrett, Charli, Asher and Colt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
