He is survived by: his wife Donna Humphreys Baer; his daughters, Rachel Baer Henderson of Conifer and Stephanie Baer of Carrollton; his brothers, James F. Baer of Olivette, Missouri and Robert O. Baer of Flagstaff; his nieces and nephews, Emily Baer Lischer of Omaha, Nebraska, Andrew Baer of Berkeley, Samuel Baer of Alpina, Michigan, Benjamin Baer of Oak Park, Ashlyn Humphreys of Addison, Texas and Scarlett Johnson of Midlothian; and also Danny L. Humphreys of Midlothian, Texas. He is also survived by numerous great nephews a nieces.
