She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Howard White, Charlie Davidson and Vera Santiago. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Welburn of Allen; her children, Kyle R. Welburn (Sara) of Provo, Tyler A. Welburn of Allen, Heather R. Welburn of Allen and Ryan H. Welburn of Allen; her parents, Robert Davidson of Alpine and Nedra Davidson of Alpine; her siblings, Tonia Jacobs of South Jordan, Melanie Attebery (Justin) of Laramie, Kevin Davidson (Katie) of Highland, Danny Davidson (Emilee) of Farmington and Scott Davidson (Rachel) of Mesa; and her grandmother Betty White of Las Vegas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
