She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine and Karen Clem; her sister Ellen; her brother-in-law John Musselman; her parents-in-law, Dr. Dan Perkins, Bill, Rhydonia Clem, Garry, Phyllis Clem, Sherman and Brenda Clem; and her nephews, Chris, Marcus, Adam Clem, Robert, Michael Romines and Johnny Musselman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

To the end, she gave, providing life through her generous donation of organs.
