He is survived by: his wife Lydia of Allen, Texas; his siblings, Mike Sanchez (Elia) of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Joe Sanchez (Hope) of Victoria, Texas, Angel Sanchez of Coleman, Texas, Cecelia Kennedy (Ed) of San Antonio, Texas, Johnny Sanchez (Debbie) of Midland, Texas, Rudy Sanchez (Gloria) of Rowlett, Texas and Mary Cooper (Bill) of San Antonio; his children, Melda Morales of Austin, Texas and Israel Vijil of Austin, Texas; and his former wife Josie. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
