He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Campbell and Helen Campbell; and his brother Paul Campbell. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Hanna; his wife Patricia Campbell of Pottsboro; his children, Steve Campbell (Sherry) of Lucas, Texas and Cristy Rogers (Neal) of Allen, Texas; his grandchildren, Preston Campbell, Peyton Campbell, Carly Campbell and Abbie Austin; and his siblings, Ruth Basler of Allen, Texas and Jerry Campbell of Plano, Texas.
