He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Levelle Moore, Jr. (Danay), Mikesha Guice and Kehari Guice; his grandchildren, Jacob of Levelle, III and Danielle; his parents, Joshua Guice and Ocenia Guice; his siblings, Brenda McDade (Anthony), Domineek Guice, Tina Guice and Corey Guice; and his parents-in-law, Otis B. Banks (Eunice), Roger Banks, Sr. (Yvette), Monika Hopkins and Rhonda Dowdell (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear family and friends.
