She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Columbus and Dorothy Mae Armstrong; her half-sisters, Olivia Columbus and Jennifer Columbus Haafke; her stepsisters, Ann Henderson and Novelann Costley; and her sons, George A. Johnson Jr. (Charlotte) and Gregory A. Johnson (Kelley). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
