She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leonidas Black and Ruth Ellen Black (Stanley); her husband Leroy Alton Meador; her brother James Stanley Black; and her granddaughter Marie Meador.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Meador of Arlington, Craig Meador (Pam) of Little Elm, Alan Meador (Angel) of Garland, Texas and Jan Meador Lemmons of Abilene, Texas; and her grandchildren, Chris Lemmons, Kara Barcroft, Eric Lemmons, Alyssa Isam, Meredith Meador, Aaron Meador, Marnie Fangio, Kayla Lemmons and Kathryn Andersen. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
