He is survived by: his wife Anne Slape of Allen; his daughter Marlee Milke (Robert) of Midlothian; his grandchildren, Tanner Milke (Meredith), Ridge Milke (Lauren) and Lance William Milke; and his great grandchild Halle Kate Milke. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
