We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2020, at the age of 97, Lorene B. McElroy (Allen, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee Barnes and Stella Mae Barnes (Rich); her husband Gaylon McElroy; and her sons, Gerald McElroy and Rogene McElroy.

She is survived by: her son George McElroy (Barbara) of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and her sisters, Lillian Uzzell of Hurst and Marge Benton of Las Cruces. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
