He is survived by: his children, Kendall David and Olivia Renee; his wife Kim; his father Tom Horn, Sr.; his sister Catherine; his brother-in-law David Tschudy; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Linda Horn; his sister Annette; his brother-in-law John Seiler; his mother-in-law Tennie Fitzgerald; and also, Robin Holder and Rocky Nichols. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
