It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Rice of Allen, Texas, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delanoy Roode and Ethel Mae Carpenter; her husband David Lynn Rice; her sister Alma; and her sons, Marcel, Michael and Martin. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 cousin, and many nieces and nephews.
