She was predeceased by: her parents, James Louis and Sallie Dillard Collins. She is survived by: her spouse Sammie J. Rhodes; her son Warren Rhodes (Connie); her grandchildren, Michelle Gerber (Daniel), Steven Rhodes and Stacy Rhodes; and her great grandchildren, Natasha of Texas, Abigayle of Texas and Samantha Gerber of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be given to Lebanon Baptist Church, 2271 Lebanon Rd., Abbeville GA 31001, or to Collins First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 218, Collins GA 30421, in memory of Joicelyn.
