He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy and Charles. He is survived by: his daughter Kelsey Hall; his wife Gwen; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Ryan; his siblings, Bruce, Craig, Dan and Kathy; his brother-in-law Sam; and also Ryan Hall.

In lieu of flowers: Donations to the American Heart Association can be made in John's honor.
