He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Klick and Thadra Klick; his wife Alyce; and his sisters, Carol Lindsay and JoAnn Ritchey.

He is survived by: his daughter Karen; and his grandchildren, Jamie Teeter of Tulsa and Lorraine Teeter of Dallas.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking instead to consider a donation to the Dallas honor flight http://www.honorflightdfw.org.
