He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Burton Allen and Juanita Victoria Allen (Meade); his son Steven Burton Allen (Sarah Allen); his wife Ann Allen of Lucas, Texas; his grandchildren, Amy of Wichita, Kansas, David of Wichita, Kansas and Ryan of Wichita, Kansas; and his cousins, Marilyn Bond Neimczak, Douglas Bond and David Bond of Michigan.

Only a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home facility at any one time to maintain social distancing.
