He is survived by: his children, Kassidy, Lilah and Paige; his wife Sharon Chappelear of Allen, Texas; his daughter Pam Svatek (Keith); his granddaughters, Kassidy of Plano, Texas, Lilah of Plano, Texas and Paige of Plano, Texas; his brother Kirk Chappelear (Kim) of Austin, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, John Jacob (Robin) of Plano, Bob Jacob (Pat) of Shirley, Glenn Jacob (Chris) of Clifton Park and Sandy Hodgins (Jim) of Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
