He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grady Allen Sr. (Jack) and Georgia Davenport; his wife Rose Mary Kovar; his sons, Jack Davenport and Jonathan Davenport; his grandchildren, Angelica Pennington and Daniel Davenport; and his siblings, Shirley (Patrick Casarez), Diana (Bill Wheeler), Janet (Brian Vallelungo), Sherrie (Leslie Pieper), Wanda (Chris Murray) and Sandy (Dustie Davenport). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
