He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, James Collier (BJ) of California, Chuck Persons (Sue) and Dave Persons (Ellie); his father C. A. Persons; his children, Kim Collins (Bill) of Austin, Terri Haynes (Doug) of Plano, Gregg (Miriam) and Michele Muhlheim (Mike) of Farragut; and his great grandchildren, George and Marilyn. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
