He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas B. Wright and Elizabeth J. Wright (Crosbie); his stepson Corbin McManus; and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Boyce. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Wright of Allen, Texas; his children, Douglas B. Wright, III (Shannon) of Allen, Texas, Jennifer Michelle Koenig (Kurt) of Denver, Colorado, Sara Lynn Wright of Plano, Texas and David Linden Wright of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Katie, Evan, Micaya, Ally, Ryan and Michael.
