He was predeceased by: his parents, Norvin Larkins and Elizabeth Larkins (Collins); his wife Birdena Larkins (Bruhn); and his sons-in-law, Leonardo Gomez, Dan Trapp and Cary Goggin.

He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Trapp of Krum and Christina Goggin of Waco, Texas; his grandchildren, Eileen Reed (Michael) of Carrollton, Kristina Gomez of Las Vegas, Nevada and Matthew Gomez of Las Vegas, Nevada; his significant other Phyllis Boughton of Lucas, Texas; and his brother Bill Larkins of Benton, Arkansas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 600 Wilson Creek Pkwy, McKinney, Texas 75069.
