He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Hawkins (Williams); his wife Mollie S Campbell; his father William Hawkins; and his sister Denise Michelle Hawkins. He is survived by: his sons, Bill Hawkins (Jill) of Fairview Texas and Kevin Hawkins (Kimberly Hawkins) of Carrollton, Texas; his grandchildren, Ryan Flota (Michelle) of Murray, Libby Hertzberg (George) of McKinney, Blake Hawkins (Morgan) of Richardson, Kelsie and Keaton Hawkins of Carrollton, Texas; his great grandchildren, Max, Myles, Baer Hertzberg, Ava Claire, Liam Flota, Reese and Easton Downey; his brother Steve Bauer (Mary) of Des Moines, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Chris and Nicole Bauer.
