It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Franklin (Allen, Texas), who passed away on June 22, 2019, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Bob Cooper. She is survived by: her mother June J. Cooper of Allen, Texas; her siblings, Vivian C. Kaysen (Scott) of Jefferson City, Missouri and Mark Cooper (Maureen) of Houston, Texas; and her nephews, Stephen Kaysen and Nicholas Cooper.
