He is survived by: his wife Bobby Phillips; his children, Chuck Phillips and Sheila Kay Hattaway of Allen; his brother Wendell Phillips; and also Rowlett Texas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
