He is survived by: his parents, David Spann and Kathy Spann of Allen, Texas; his sister Bethany Spann of Allen, Texas; his grandmother Faye Spann of Trenton, Texas; his aunt Julie (Stacy Green); and his uncles, Mike (Cherri Spann), Jimmy (Vickie Spann) and Steven (Jennifer Spann). He is also survived by many cousins, other loving relatives, and friends.
