He is survived by: his children, Michael Avaughn Crouch (Marla) of Naples, Florida, Ricky Stephen Crouch (Beverly) of Wylie, Texas, Glenn Alvin Crouch (LeeAnn Crouch) of Wylie, Texas and Alisa Michelle Crouch of Plano, Texas; his grandchildren, Tonya Davis, Cody Crouch, Carrie Crouch and Alle Houstoun; and his great grandchildren, Isaak Davis, Noah Crouch, Emerson Lucero, Giles Houstoun and Charles Houstoun.
