She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Calvert Gurley and Thelma Clifton Gurley (Frank L. Williams II). She is survived by: her husband Frank L. Williams II; her sons, Frank L. Williams III (Susan) of Plano, Texas and Art Williams (Debbie) of The Colony, Texas; her granddaughters, Dr. Niki Ritchey (Phil Ritchey) of College Station, Texas and Christine Mitchell (Chase Mitchell) of Manor, Texas; her great grandchildren, Zoë Grace Ritchey and Madeleine Marie Mitchell; her nephew Ken Russell (Cheryl); her great-nephew Logan Russell of Nacogdoches, Texas; her niece Kathy Jahns (Joseph) of Hermosa Beach; and her friend Peggy Hanley.
Anyone attending the Graveside Service is to maintain social distancing or may remain in their vehicle.
Frank and Jean were proud members of The First United Methodist Church of McKinney and encourage that memorials be made there.
