He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Alvarez and Angela Alvarez (Mendez); and his brother Guillermo. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pineda De Alvarez of Allen, Texas; his children, Ronald Alvarez (Connie) of Pittsburgh, Erick Alvarez (Ruth Jimenez) of Mexico, Angel O. Alvarez (Michelle) of Santa Ana, California and Wendy Newsome of Allen, Texas; his grandchildren, Logan, Angel, Timothy, Kameron, Connor, Matthew, Eric, Christopher, Ethan, Randall, Alexis, Xiomara, Ronald, Frank and Erick; his great grandchildren, Judith and Frank, Jr.; and his siblings, George Alvarez, Carlos Alvarez, Maria Luisa Alvarez and Maria Delacruz Alvarez.
Only a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home facility at any one time to maintain social distancing.
