It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Almeda Carter (Allen, Texas), born in Prague, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Birtie Whitlow and Grace Whitlow. She is survived by: her husband Don Carter of Allen; her children, Steve Carter (Ranelle) of Hugoton, Kansas and Kerri Smith of Allen; her grandchildren, Tim Carter of Nogales, Kristen Carter (Michael Robb) of McKinney, Kooper Smith of Allen, Tasha Medina (Jarod) of Hugoton and Kolton Decker of Lenexa, Kansas; and her brother Richard Whitlow of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
