She is survived by: her sons, William Allen "Bill" Sample (Mary) of New Albany, Indiana, Steven Leslie "Steve" Sample (Gwen) of Ocala, Edward Winston "Ed" Sample (Karen) of Allen, Texas., Gilbert Sample (Dorothy), Frank Sample (Janet) and Charles Sample (Mattie). She is also survived by grandchildren, nine amazing great grandchildren and two wonderful great-great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
