He was predeceased by: his wife Beatriz C. Beltran; his parents, Victoriano Beltran and Guadalupe Beltran; his brothers, Audon Beltran, Pedro Beltran, Placido Beltran and Jose Beltran; his grandparents, Sotero and Santiaga Rojas; and his aunts and uncles, Jimmy, Pedro, Audon, Atilana Ruiz, Estanislada Salinas, Encarnacion Rojas, Gregorio Rojas and Jesus Rojas.
He is survived by: his stepson Sonny Arellano (Barbara Graves); his grandchildren, Tony Arellano and Audi L. Olvera (David); his great grandchildren, Max R. Arellano and Ronin Beatriz Olvera; his grandsons, Gavin R. Koenning and Sammy R. Koenning; and his sister-in-law Juanita Beltran. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
