Rex S. Ramon Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex S. Ramon of Alice, Texas, who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Eulalia Ramón; and his brothers, Roy Ramón (Sonia) and Leo Ramón (Silvia). He is survived by: his father Jose M. Ramón; his wife Jo Ann Ramón; his daughters, Monica Rodriguez (Rene), Ashley Olivarez (Mando) and Alyssa Ramón (Josue Franco); his grandsons, Maxx, Jaxx and Daxx Olivarez; his siblings, Joe Ramón, Ray Ramón, Lee Ramón (Ruby) and Lily Morales (Jimmy); his in-laws, Juan and Frances Garibaldo; and his sister-in-law Lisa Porche (John). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many dear friends, including his brothers and sisters in law.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home-Alice (120 E Front St, Alice, TX 78332). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church- Alice (801 S Reynolds St, Alice, TX 78332). A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Roselawn Cemetery (206 E Main St, Alice, TX 78332).
