She is survived by: her children, Maurice J. Bernsen of Alice, Ted Bernsen (Tammy) of Alice and Susan B. Umphres (Bill) of Sandia; her grandchildren, Lindsay Wardlaw (Brandon), Leisel B. Kirsch (Justin), Jared Bernsen, Gretchen Bernsen and William Bernsen (Teddy); and her great grandchild Arden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law.
