She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Padilla and Josefina Padilla Sr.; her sisters, Maria, Rosie Velasco, Anita P. Garza and Dominga P. Mendoza; her siblings-in-law, Oscar Mendoza Sr., Ramon F. Lopez Sr., Rick Kilburn and Wilma G. Padilla; and the father of her children Arnulfo Gonzalez Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Arnulfo "Nuffy" Gonzalez Jr. (Erica) and Andrew Joe "AJ" Gonzalez Sr. (Kassandra); her siblings, Elena P. Lopez, Josie P. Juan Munoz and Manuel Padilla Jr.; and her aunt Isabel Logan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Holmgreen Mortuary (2061 E Main St, Alice, TX 78332). A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (801 S Reynolds St, Alice, TX 78332). A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Alice Cemetery (1230 Martin Luther King Rd, Alice, TX 78332).
