He is survived by: his children, Christian Rae Peña, Marco Antonio Peña Jr. and Armando Lyan Rivas; his parents, Jose Peña Jr. (Gloria) and Margarita Fiener; and his siblings, Patricia Ann McCleod, Jaimie Fields, Maximiliano Peña (Christina) and Jose Peña III. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and grand-children.
