He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee and Katie Lelene Adams (Miracle); his sisters, Joyce Schaeper (Wallace), Patsy Fischer (George), Jeannette Peters (Willie), Nadine Hurt and Sylvia Rowe; his parents-in-law, Earl and Oeader Jackson; his brother Johnny; his siblings-in-law, Pamela Jackson and Johnny Peters; and his nephews, Darrell Lane Fischer and Floy Wesley Rowe.
He is survived by: his significant other Edna E. Adams; his children, Karolyn Adams-Tenorio (Robert) of Kyle and David (JoAnn) of Alice, Texas.; and his sister Linda Peters of Waco. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
