He is survived by: his wife Isabel Franco of Alice; his niece Debra Ann Medina; and his siblings, Jose Franco, Daniel Franco, Olivia Ruiz (Ernesto), Guadalupe Arredondo (Salvador), Nelda Silva, Aurora Gomez and Dalia Ortiz (Urbano). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
