He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Elva Garza and Juan Sanchez Sr.; and his great-grandparents, Oscar and Maria Garza.
He is survived by: his parents, Jose Sanchez and San Juanita Sanchez; his son Troy Rodriguez; his sister Melissa Jo Gomez (Federico); and his nieces and nephews, Kaylie, Angelica, Melanie, Arianna, Federico Jr. and Austin Gomez.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home-Alice (120 E Front St, Alice, TX 78332). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stonegate Baptist Church (1604 S Texas Blvd, Alice, TX 78332). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Roberson - Collins Cemetery.
