He was predeceased by: his mothers, Faye Blair and Ruby Mae Blair; his siblings, Marie Blair, Willie Blair, James Ralph Blair, Bobby Blair and Donnie Blair; and his daughter Shari Lee Blair Windish.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Blair (Helms); his sisters, Mary Jane Propes of Conroe, Cora Lee Mueller (Gary) of Montgomery and Leavi Lopez of San Antonio; and his children, Darla Adams (Chuck) of Buda, Deborah Holt of Missouri City, Tina Bechthold (Kenneth) of Corpus Christi and Jimmy Blair (Elizabeth) of Alice. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
