He was predeceased by: his parents, Florencio Hinojosa and Aurora Hinojosa; his parents-in-law, Paula Magana and Teodoro Magana; and his siblings, Guadalupe Hinojosa, Florencio G. Hinojosa, Victoria G. Hinojosa and Perla Hinojosa.
He is survived by: his wife Teodora M. Hinojosa; his children, Aurora H. Clegg, Paula H. Garcia, Fidencio Hinojosa II (Imelda) and Francisco'Frank'Hinojosa (Deborah); his brothers, Servando G. Hinojosa (Petra) and Octavio G. Hinojosa (Esperanza); his grandchildren, Crystal Garcia, Fidencio Hinojosa III, Amanda Clegg, Marleen Chavez (Manuel), Bethany Santillan (Miguel), Jacqueline Hinojosa, Franklin Hinojosa and Nicholas Hinojosa; his great grandchildren, Victoria Garza, Austin Garza, Jacklyn Garza, Alejandro Garza, Isaiah Santillan, Kindall Hinojosa, Eric Isaiah Macias, Owen Chavez, Christian Santillan, Kennedy Chavez and Alexandra Santillan; and his great great grandchild Braylon Scipio. He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
