She was predeceased by: her father Leonardo Longoria of Brownsville; and her sister Amelia L. Saenz. She is survived by: her husband Alberto "Cheto" A. Garcia; her son Alberto "Bitsy" Garcia of Alice, Texas.; her grandchildren, Victoria Garcia (Cody) of Corpus Christi and Bryan Garcia of New Braunfels; her great grandchildren, Milla Jo Garcia and Rowen Villarreal; her nieces, Nelda Saenz-Perez (J. C. III) of Alice and Elva Garcia of Palito Blanco; and her neighbors, Cirildo and Isabel Garcia. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
